Here at WineErotica.com we stand behind our service and the products thar we carry. If you are not satisfied with your purchase you can return it to us for a full refund (less shipping charges) within seven days after you received the product(s). For return service, please use address below:

We hope that you will enjoy your purchase from WineErotica.com. We take pride that all of the products we carry are of the highest quality. If for any reason you wish to return this product to us, please follow these instructions:

1. Attach the return label to the out side of the box.

2. Place the return form inside the box.

3. All materials originally shipped to you must be included in package. Product and packaging  must be in original condition.

4. Please insure the shipment for the value of the product.

 

In the event that your product was damaged in transit or there was a error in processing your order, please contact our customer service department for return instructions.

 

 Return Policy: 7 Day Return / 30 day exchange.

*Glassware: we cannot accept returns or exchanges for broken glassware after the customer has taken receipt of the product. Please inspect your shipment carefully.    

 Any merchandice missing the original Universal Product Code (UPC) cannot be returned; it may only be exchanged for the same product by returning the item.
